They are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a client-facing, cross-functional role that bridges communication between clients, operations, and partner factories to ensure smooth production and delivery. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging/shipping solutions. Set clear expectations on pricing, timelines, and deliverables. Collect feedback to improve client experience. Project & Order Management Own and manage project timelines from sampling to final delivery. Coordinate with internal teams and factories to ensure smooth execution. Monitor quality control processes and escalate issues when needed. Quotations & Reporting Prepare and update quotations, documents, and project trackers. Track margin opportunities and monitor client profitability. Maintain reporting dashboards (Lark) to ensure accurate, up-to-date records. Cross-Department Coordination Collaborate with Logistics, Social Media, and Factory teams. Translate client briefs into actionable supplier steps. Attend internal meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure alignment. Email & Communication Management Manage and prioritize communication with clients and suppliers. Keep project documentation organized and updated in Lark or other systems. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Tech-savvy, quick to learn new tools and systems. Business acumen and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Experience in the manufacturing/packaging industry Experience managing client-facing projects in supply chain, logistics, or DTC/e-commerce brands (preferred).
