MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The Project Manager will lead the development and delivery of a comprehensive Statewide Facilities Master Plan for the Maryland Department of General Services (DGS). This position is responsible for coordinating a multi-agency planning effort to assess the condition, utilization, and future needs of state-owned and leased facilities, and to deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations for capital investment, sustainability, and space optimization. The goal is to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and climate-resilient use of state resources, aligning facility planning with the long-term goals of the Moore-Miller Administration and statewide policy mandates.
