ROLE PURPOSE

As Project Manager you will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, and timeline. This includes coordinating resources, managing project requirements, ensuring effective communication, identifying, and mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables are meet. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for driving the project forward, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, and delivering successful outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage end-to-end projects, track project progress against established timelines, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
· Coordinate with internal design, manufacturing, and on-site teams to maintain exacting standards of quality and precision.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including architects, lighting designers, and MEP consultants, to align design goals and project requirements.
· Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to address challenges and refine solutions.
· Process sales orders efficiently and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
· Technical Oversight:
o Oversee the integration of tailor-made lighting solutions.
o Guide project teams, including designers and engineers, to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality results.
o Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
· Client and Vendor Relations:
o Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and maintain Formation Lighting’s reputation for customer-focused service.
o Implement and refine project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in design and delivery.
o Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
o Continuously monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.
