JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale real estate and construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the full project life cycle of commercial complexes, mixed-use developments, and residential projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating effectively with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the real estate Developer Company and construction industry.
  • Demonstrated full-cycle project management experience in commercial complexes, mixed-use developments, and residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of real estate and construction projects.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, design development, tendering, construction, and handover.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project progress.
  • Ensure quality control, timely reporting, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project.
