Foxhole Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a federal government client. This role requires expertise in project management, IT transformation initiatives, and strategic communications within a federal contracting environment. The Project Manager will lead efforts to develop, execute, and refine strategies that align with the CIO’s transformation objectives, ensuring efficient project delivery, effective stakeholder engagement, and clear communication of goals, progress, and results. Job Description Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestone tracking. Coordinate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Monitor budget, resource allocation, risks, and issue resolution. Provide regular status updates, reports, and project documentation. Facilitate project closure with final reporting and evaluation. Originate, update, and execute a comprehensive Strategic Communications Plan. Conduct audits of current and previous outreach activities to identify effectiveness and gaps. Conduct stakeholder assessments to develop tailored key messages. Identify and utilize effective communication tools and tactics. Support the organization with targeted information distribution and expectation management. Develop briefs and content to educate the community on IT-related efforts and status. Assist in preparing Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and Strategic Plans as roadmaps for transformation. Minimum Requirements Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing IT transformation projects within a federal contracting environment, including task coordination, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and performance management reporting At least two (2) of the five (5) years must include experience in Network Operations (NetOps) C2 requirements, technology assessments, system design, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, quality assurance, or budget planning Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline and five (5) years of relevant experience, OR nine (9) years of directly applicable work experience Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven success supporting federal IT initiatives Active DoD Top Secret Clearance PMP or ITILv3 Intermediate certification required More Information Requirements of position: Think analytically, effective verbal and written communication skills, make decisions, observe/remember details, interpret data, concentrate on tasks, adjust to change, handle stress/emotions.
