About the Role We are looking for an Onsite Project Manager who will work closely with our customer in Singapore to strengthen relationships, support ongoing projects, and identify new business opportunities. This role serves as the key bridge between the customer and the offshore delivery team in Vietnam, ensuring smooth coordination while proactively expanding collaboration and engagement with the client. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders through regular onsite engagement. Act as the main point of contact for customer communication, project discussions, and new initiatives. Identify new business opportunities, project extensions, or service improvements based on customer needs. Work with internal delivery, pre-sales, and account teams to support proposals and expand the scope of engagement. Coordinate closely with the offshore Project Manager and engineering teams in Vietnam to ensure smooth project execution. Facilitate regular sync-up meetings between the customer and offshore teams about project status Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Provide project updates, reports, and risk management. Support resource planning and coordination with offshore teams. Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Customer Engagement, or Account Management. Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build trusted relationships. Experience working with offshore delivery teams is preferred. Ability to identify business opportunities and support account growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in IT services, software development, or technology consulting environments Preferred Experience working in software development or IT services outsourcing environments. Exposure to business development, account management, or presales activities. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager will serve as the primary onsite liaison between the customer in Singapore and the offshore delivery team in Vietnam. They are responsible for strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
