We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager on a contract basis to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex WAN and LAN transformation projects for our key clients. This is a strategic role that will work across multiple workstreams, managing stakeholders, vendors, and internal technical teams to ensure successful, on-time, and in-scope project outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading critical infrastructure projects – Take ownership of customer delivery projects such as SD-WAN deployments, LAN refreshes, Wi-Fi rollouts, and secure access implementations.
• Acting as the key liaison – You’ll be the central link between Sales, Engineering, Solution Architects, and customers throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.
• Managing delivery from initiation to closure – Develop project documentation (PID, SOW, RAID logs), manage risks and issues, control project timelines and budgets, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Championing the customer experience – Build trust through regular, transparent communication, keeping customers informed and engaged at every stage.
• Driving successful handovers – Ensure that the Service Desk receives a clear and documented transition to support the customer post-delivery.

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering infrastructure projects within IT or telecoms environments.
• Strong working knowledge of WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, and security-based solutions.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet).
• Strong documentation, organisational, and time management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities.
• Experience and interest in managing projects within government or regulated sectors.
• Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner or MSP are beneficial.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Transition frameworks.
• Bonus points for understanding of leased lines, broadband, MPLS, SIP, and SD-WAN technologies.
• Ability to obtain BPSS and other relevant security clearances.
