JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Looking to step into a high-impact role on flagship build-to-rent projects? We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Development & Construction team on a 12-month parental leave cover, playing a key role in delivering a landmark residential development. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership across the full project lifecycle - from procurement through to construction and practical completion - working alongside industry-leading teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. JOB DESCRIPTION Leading day-to-day project management across a major development Coordinating consultants, contractors, and stakeholders Driving programme, quality, and delivery outcomes Managing design reviews, procurement, and construction progress Supporting project reporting and ensuring successful handover About You: You’re an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential or mixed-use developments. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of detail and quality. You bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and enjoy working collaboratively to drive project outcomes.
