Position: We are looking for a Multi-Family Project Manager who is willing to travel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Project Managers are financially responsible for the project. Collaborating with other roles such as Superintendents, and Estimators. Hands-on partner from start to finish while being the liaison between FTK, the client, architects, engineers, etc. Work with the cost, material purchasing, project design, and submittals.
