Office Location: - Tai Seng Working Hours: - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm Salary and Benefits: - Base salary up to $13,000 (commensurate with experience) - Performance-related pay - Annual leave entitlement - Medical benefits Industry: - Construction Sector (A&A / Building Works) Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules. - Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget for project delivery. - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. - Risk & Issue Management: Identify and address project risks. - Contract & Compliance: Ensure project adheres to contract terms and relevant regulations. - Quality Control: Ensure all work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and clients. - Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively. - Problem-Solving: Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise. - Project Handover: Ensure successful project completion and proper documentation. Job Requirements: - Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry. - Familiarity with coordination and management of multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site. - Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in Singapore. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software. - Strong communication and writing skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
