Salary & Benefits - Salary range: $7,000 - $13,000, commensurate with experience. - Compensation includes a base salary plus performance-related pay. - Additional benefits include annual leave and medical benefits. Office Location & Working Hours - Location: Tai Seng. - Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am to 12:00pm. Industry - The company operates in the construction sector, specializing in Addition & Alteration (A&A) and Building Works. Key Responsibilities - Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules. - Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery. - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. - Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and address issues proactively. - Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and regulatory requirements. - Quality Control: Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with regulations. - Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and clients on project status. - Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget effectively. - Problem-Solving: Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise. - Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of projects and proper documentation for handover. Job Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Singapore, working with main contractors in the construction industry. - Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and on-site resources. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software. - Strong communication and writing skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
