Office Location: - Tai Seng Working Hours: - Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm - Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm Salary and Benefits: - Base salary (commensurate with experience)up to $13k - Performance-related pay - Annual leave entitlement - Medical benefits Industry: - Construction Sector (A&A / Building Works) Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules. - Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery. - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. - Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement solutions to address them. - Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and relevant regulations. - Quality Control: Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. - Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and clients. - Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the overall project budget. - Problem-Solving: Resolve project delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise. - Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of the project and proper documentation for handover. Job Requirements: - Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry. - Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site. - Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in Singapore. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software. - Strong communication and writing skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
