Nau mai haere mai ki tā mātou whānau | Welcome to our Fulton Hogan Family We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and innovative Project Manager to lead our Regional civil infrastructure projects across Auckland under $7m In this role, you’ll take full ownership of estimating, planning and executing works that keep Auckland’s transport network safe, reliable, and future-ready. You’ll manage budgets, PNL, procurement, Pre and post contracts, while leading a team and providing technical oversight and engaging with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. Your leadership will be key to maintaining infrastructure that thousands of Aucklanders rely on every day. You’ll work as an integral part of the project delivery team, ensuring safety, cost, quality, and time targets are met, through managing clients, subcontractors, and reporting on performance across your scope of works. In addition to the above you will: Lead all phases of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeframes, and budget. Ensure all project deliverables meet required quality standards and organisational objectives. Oversee procurement and contract management, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legislation. Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders. Produce monthly reports and track actual vs budget spend to share with managers. Oversee the work and provide engineering expertise and technical solutions to engineers and supervisors. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and changes. Engage with staff, community stakeholders, facilitating consultation and responding to feedback. Contribute to the preparation of financial claims to meet payment deadlines. Manage staffing requirements and evaluate opportunities for staff training and professional development. We’re looking for someone with: Hold a qualification in Civil Engineering or related field is ideal Hold a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager working across local govt road maintenance projects or related work roading contract work.
