Who are we looking for? A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role based in either Auckland or Hamilton. About the role: As our Project Manager, you will play a central role in shaping, planning and delivering key projects across the business. You will oversee planning, pricing resource allocation, and subtractor management while driving operational efficiency and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a hands-on role where you will champion best practices and foster a culture of safety and excellence across all projects. You will be reporting into a governance group, where providing clear updates, sound recommendations and robust project sequencing to support informed decision-making is critical. Who we’re looking for: You will be a proactive, confident leader with a strong background in mining/quarrying and project management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving outcomes, taking ownership and bringing structure and clarity to complex workstreams. You will bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in mining/quarrying including job and project management. Familiarity with NZS 3910, Construction Contracts Act, NEC contracts and CCS project management tool. Excellent communication and leadership abilities with strong project delivery skills. Understanding of job pricing including materials and labour. Customer and client relationship management skills Travel will be required to the various Stevenson sites on occasions. This will be between various sites in the Bay of Plenty, Waikato and Auckland. What we offer Stevenson will provide you with a competitive salary.
