The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for full-time leadership, oversight, and management of the security program supporting the client. This includes strategic planning, personnel oversight, risk management, and direct coordination with the client. The PM must possess extensive experience in security, military, or law enforcement environments, with a strong background in managing guard forces or equivalent security operations

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in police, military, security, or guard force management, including at least five years at a supervisory or command level.
  • At least five years of experience in the host country or region with knowledge of local threats and overseas security environments.
  • Secondary education or higher (National Diploma, Associate Degree, or equivalent specialize in Project Management)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Expertise in physical security, access control, risk management, and team leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic communications/radio systems.
  • Valid class 5 advanced drivers license
  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident (required for reliability clearance).
Responsibilities
  • Provide full-time management of the local guard force, ensuring quality control and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Maintain daily communication with the COR and deliver timely reports on security posture, performance, and compliance.
  • Analyze operational security environments, identify risks, and recommend countermeasures tailored to local threat levels.
  • Manage guard force operations, including staffing, training, and supervision, while maintaining professional standards under stress.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the system once implemented.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, accessible 24/7, and be present within one hour of request by the COR.
