A Project Manager position in Atlanta, GA is available at Garney Construction. To be considered for this position you must have previous project management experience in the water and waste-water construction industry in large diameter pipe. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Managing cost and “Work In Progress” projections.
Managing job site supervisory personnel.
Planning and scheduling the project.
Developing and maintaining owner relations.
Negotiating both PO’s and subcontracts
Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations.
Total project P&L
Overseeing labor projections.
Contract negotiation and administration. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or other related Field.
7-10 years of construction experience in the heavy civil industry with water pipeline construction.
Ability to run a project turn-key, start to finish. LET’S TALK THE PERKS!
