Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing utility field services projects to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality delivery for our clients. This role leads cross-functional teams and manages project scope, schedule, cost, resources, and stakeholder communication from kickoff through closeout. The Project Manager supports the use of innovative technologies (including robotics and advanced data analytics where applicable) to improve performance, quality, and client outcomes. This position reports to the applicable Operations/Field Leadership (e.g., Field Operations Manager or Regional Operations Leader, depending on the business line). Responsibilities Lead and manage projects through the full lifecycle including estimating, start-up, execution, and closeout Define project scope, schedule, budget, and resource plan to ensure alignment and successful delivery Coordinate internal teams and field leadership to ensure project execution meets production, cost, and timeline targets Support scheduling, safety planning, and team training initiatives to maintain jobsite readiness and compliance Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration Track project performance using data and reporting; identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track Ensure adherence to all contractual requirements, quality standards, and company procedures Promote a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement across assigned projects Utilize current technology tools (smartphones/tablets) and MS Office to manage reporting, documentation, and communication Travel to project sites as needed (up to 20%) Qualifications Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of experience leading projects from inception to completion (estimating, contracts, execution, and owner/client relations) OR equivalent education experience PMP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain through Hydromax USA) Strong financial acumen including budgeting/forecasting, financial analysis, and understanding of financial statements Ability to analyze performance data, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and operational needs Proven people leadership skills with the ability to build and sustain high-performing teams Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate expectations and project updates Proficiency with MS Office Suite and common mobile technology tools Experience in the natural gas industry preferred (not required) Ability to travel up to 20% Pay: $80,200 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience Benefits Weekly pay Medical, dental, vision insurance Company paid life insurance policy Paid holidays and personal paid time off (PTO) 401K with company match after 6 months Career advancement opportunities Working at Hydromax USA: At Hydromax USA, we’re committed to a culture that embraces safety and strives for excellence.
