Responsibilities Lead and manage gas and mechanical engineering projects from initiation through to completion. Coordinate with engineering teams to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resources required. Develop comprehensive project plans that outline key deliverables, milestones, and budgetary considerations. Monitor project progress, conducting regular status meetings and adjusting plans as needed to ensure alignment with goals. Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices throughout all project phases. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering professional development and motivation within the team. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Gas, or a related field) or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Project Manager in gas and mechanical engineering, with a strong track record of successfully delivered projects. Excellent understanding of gas systems and mechanical engineering principles. Strong project management skills, including proficiency in project management software and tools. Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex project challenges. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
