• Project Manager Transaction MonitoringAs a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking a Project Manager Transaction Monitoring for a 1-year contract in Netherlands.Responsibilities:The role focuses on leading strategic change initiatives within Transaction Monitoring, connecting Business and Technology teams and ensuring effective delivery across a complex matrix organisation. You will provide structure, independent insight and transparent reporting throughout the full project lifecycle, working closely with the Project Management Office and Financial Economic Crime Management Team. Experience:Bachelor's degree with 10-15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive Business Change experience with sufficient technical knowledge to bridge Business and Technology.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex projects and programmes within a matrix organisation.
• Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring, Risk Management and PMO practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, including at senior management level.
• Independent judgement and strong decision-making capabilities.
• Proactive, flexible and quality-focused approach to project delivery.
