This position is to provide project management and oversight for multiple type of projects being defined and executed in the Taiwan and US office. Opportunity Overview Review, organize, plan, develop, coordinate, and conduct projects for the region.  Ensure execution is meeting expectations and gaps are being driven to closure. Ensure appropriate communication is taking place at all levels in the organization and with the customer. Ensure cross functional & regional integration issues are getting resolved. Identify when issues need to be escalate and drive those issues to closure. Analyzing status against all metrics and objectives for the region. Provide feedback for best practice and process compliance. Participate in the development of project management processes. Drive project management standardization. Motivate interdisciplinary teams to achieve objectives. Work with regional managers and project leaders to identify and drive closure on resource & skill gaps. Consult on project management techniques, processes, and tools. Drive quality improvement objectives for the region.   All About YouWe seek individuals who share our passion and determination. Fluent in English and Mandarin. 2+ years engineering experience with software development, such as production efficiency tool, and system uptime monitor. 2+ years engineering experience with automatic testing equipment and customer interface. 3+ years project management experience. Functional management experience is a plus. Project Management Professional with current PMP certification is a plus. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is a plus. Good organizational and communication skills including ability to communicate and foster communication between project groups. Experience managing teams in multiple geographic locations.
