Job Title: Project Manager (MEP & Civil Projects)

Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 10,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing MEP and Civil Projects and possess strong leadership and organizational skills to handle multiple projects independently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8 to 10 years of proven experience in MEP and Civil project management within the UAE.
• Strong ability to handle all project aspects independently.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction and project management standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Manage and oversee MEP and Civil projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
