DESIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project - Management, Coordination, Administration, Planning, Estimating, Logistics - combined
  • AS or BS Degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in prioritizing workflow and multi-tasking with minimal supervision
  • Trade show/event industry or corporate meeting experience
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common Applications
  • A working knowledge of Accounting or Estimating software, ExhibitForce, Salesforce (or similar database/CRM)
    This is a full-time position based at our Greensboro, North Carolina headquarters, however work-from-home/remote applicants will be considered. Occasional travel may be required. Responsibilities

GENESIS EXHIBITS IS A WORLD-CLASS TRADE SHOW EXHIBIT / BRANDED ENVIRONMENT DESIGN & MANUFACTURING GROUP WITH AN EXTRAORDINARY 38 YEAR HISTORY, BASED IN NORTH CAROLINA, SERVING CLIENTS AROUND THE GLOBE. OUR FAST-PACED, HIGH-VOLUME TEAM IS SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER TO SUPPORT HIGH-VISIBILITY PROJECTS AND RELATED PROGRAM TASKS.

Ideal candidates will team with multiple departments and resources to craft detailed product estimates in alignment with client goals and company policy. Coordinate multiple, overlapping, trade show display and event service projects with aggressive deadlines. Successfully support complex, high-visibility client project and program tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Event logistics
  • Estimating projects and producing client quotations
  • Identifying and qualifying new vendors
  • Publishing timelines
  • Coordinating workflow with labor support
  • Tracking product inventory and shipments
  • Managing Art Production process
  • Maintaining and sharing client and project data through our Asset Management software
  • Proactively updating clients and Sales, Design, and Service Teams via telephone and email
