WGI offers a complete Benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & STD, Life Insurance, 401k with match, PTO, Holidays, HSA with company contribution, Pet insurance, and Employee assistance program. #LI-onsite Responsibilities Manages remote sensing project life-cycle, from proposal development and scoping to final delivery and closeout LiDAR and photogrammetry background in both office and manned flight operations Perform quality control of remote sensing activities and project deliverables Work with WGI Market & Operational Leaders with a primary focus on business development and sales in remote sensing, and to help grow geospatial services for the firm Responsible for the growth and profitability of the company Assist in the development and execution of strategic operational goals and KPI’s Plan, implement, and manage the overall long-term business success strategy Work with the other senior leaders to identify capital investments, strategic alliances, key hires, acquisitions, and growth opportunities Mentor, manage, and train field and office associates Perform work safely and effectively Qualifications 5+ years of experience with remote sensing projects preferred Excels at networking, negotiating, and strategic and critical thinking Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
