As a unified commerce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform powered by AI, we provide attractions such as theme parks, museums, and theaters with an all-in-one solution to effectively manage, market, and price their products. We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we are looking for a motivated Project Manager (German Speaking) to support the onboarding and implementation of new clients. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Implementation to ensure smooth project delivery, coordinate with internal teams, and help clients achieve value from our platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sense of ownership and excellent organizational skills, who enjoys working with clients and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support the implementation of new client projects from kickoff to go-live Serve as a main point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and alignment Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to meet project goals Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, reporting to the Head of Implementation Identify potential issues early and support problem-solving to keep projects on track Gather client feedback and share insights to improve internal processes and client experience 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or client-facing roles (SaaS/tech background is a plus but not required) Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Fluency in German and English (both mandatory) Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn and grow in a startup environment Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing SaaS company Close collaboration with the Head of Implementation and cross-functional teams Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture A vibrant, inclusive workplace where your input is valued Career growth opportunities in a performance-driven and supportive environment
