Key Responsiblities:

  • Provides direct support and project management for field crews, acting as liaison between the clients and the on site teams.
  • Develops and manages detailed project schedules and work plans for contracts from start to finish.
  • Reviews contract documents to determine requirements for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering, construction, processes.
  • Serves as primary contact to clients, ensuring project deliverables meet quotation and/or contract specifications.
  • Prepares and coordinates permit applications and various submittals for selected projects.
  • Tracks and manages work quantities for progress payment and processing.
  • Maintain records of associated costs to assist accounting department in project financial tracking.
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of subcontractors.

Knowledge, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in project management with underground sewer construction and/or trenchless rehabilitation.
  • Knowledge and experience in Cured in Place Pipe Lining and other trenchless technologies preferred.
  • Able to interact with all project stakeholders, track project budgets, escalate issues, manage risk, and manage project schedules.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel with multiple project teams.
  • Must be proficient at reading drawings, specifications, and preparing various contract submittals.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work long hours on occasion to meet demands during peak season
