WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience across a variety of sectors, including Buildings, Water, Roads, and Transport, to join our team and contribute to exciting upcoming projects. This role is ideal for a Project Manager with experience in design and/or construction phases and will be based at our Newcastle office. In this position, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects, overseeing planning and budget control, and conducting site visits across the region.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and project teams throughout all project phases, from tender preparation and design delivery to construction support
- Conducting site visits and ensuring Safety standards and processes are adhered to at all times.
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure scheduled works are meeting timelines, conducting audits of works completed and adhering to commercial terms.
- Direct client engagement during delivery.
- Provide guidance through design, documentation and construction phase services on projects
