As the Project Manager in Fragrance & Beauty Division, reporting to the Customer Experience Team Manager, you will take a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Evaluation function and its role within the organization. You will partner with the Category Directors and regional Best Practice & Gallery Director to be the key link with the Sales teams and to translate business needs into comprehensive, strategic Category Plans. The job will involve exposure to all clients' projects, all categories and all aspects of the development function. You will partner with all Evaluation support resources to influence in the shaping and delivery of process improvements, structure optimization and related planning activities. In this position you will Strategy & Business Planning Partner with Category Directors and Best Practice & Gallery Director to identify/interpret business needs and objectives Prepare annual Category Plans in conjunction with Sales, Category Leaders and Innovation Team Ensure projects and teams meet agreed milestones Management Working closely with Category Directors in CFM resource allocation, ensure transparency & clear communication Responsible for all development related KPIs Support Best Practice & Gallery Director for regional Development team affairs, to deliver Best Practice to relevant teams Reporting Daily project report Delivers and monitor KPI´s related to Development team Monitor return of investment to ensure resource conscious and process efficiency Key Deliverables Development of a deep understanding of the commercial needs & challenges of all sales teams Through in depth analysis of Development activities, deliver streamlined processes and improved ways of working Lead continuous improvement in development process, recommendation and implementation of structure and process improvements Be the key contact for Fragrance CBM audit and work together with category teams to ensure compliance and conformity You?
