Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with solid experience delivering front-to-back solutions in the Global Markets domain. This mid-senior level role requires managing complex initiatives—both strategic and regulatory—across trading, risk, and compliance systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Waterfall or hybrid project management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery within a banking environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management & Delivery Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure across Global Markets platforms. Define project scope, objectives, work breakdown structures, and key milestones. Drive detailed planning using Waterfall or hybrid approaches, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule, aligning with internal governance. 2. Stakeholder Engagement Engage business stakeholders including Traders, Sales, Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Compliance. Work closely with internal IT, vendors, and infrastructure teams to align technology with business goals. Act as a single point of contact for project status, dependencies, escalations, and resolutions. 3. Functional & Technical Coordination Coordinate with Business Analysts, QA teams, UAT coordinators, and developers to translate business requirements into deliverables. Manage and support UAT, SIT, regression, and production rollout activities. Ensure smooth handover to production support and operations teams post go-live. 4. Governance & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date project artefacts including RAID logs, project plans, decision logs, change requests, and status reports. Ensure compliance with internal PMO standards, audit requirements, and regulatory mandates. Provide regular reporting to steering committees and senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Strong project management experience, with expertise in Global Markets Strong domain knowledge in financial instruments (FX, Rates, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Treasury). Prior exposure to vendor platforms such as Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, or in-house trading/risk systems. Proficient in Waterfall, with understanding of Agile and hybrid project environments. Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, or equivalent) preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technology teams. Excellent documentation and project planning skills using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel. Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities. Able to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines and evolving priorities. Preferred Experience: Experience in banking or financial services, particularly in Global Markets technology. Exposure to regulatory projects such as FRTB, Basel III, Dodd-Frank, MAS compliance. Familiarity with trade lifecycle, risk reporting, and front-to-back architecture in Capital Markets.
