Job Description Develop a deep understanding of ABOUT YOU’s Partner Models and promote them to international brands and retailers Identify, approach, and acquire new potential partners in target markets in West-Asia Manage incoming leads, structure the sales funnel, and maximize conversion opportunities Take full ownership of contract negotiations and partner agreements Prepare new partners commercially for the onboarding phase and coordinate the technical go-live Continuously optimize processes across the sales and integration funnel to ensure a smooth partner experience Collaborate closely with integration managers, legal teams, and external service providers Qualifications Above average university degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Project Management Previous experience with the Turkish markets and/ or Turkish partners You have strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured, hands-on working style Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex topics clearly Confident negotiator with a solution-oriented mindset Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish skills (additional languages are a plus) Additional Information Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
