Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget - Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and specifications - Manage project schedules, resources, and procurement to optimize efficiency and quality - Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to mitigate risks - Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations - Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports - Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project goals - Conduct site visits to monitor work quality and safety practices Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as an HVAC project manager or in a similar role within the HVAC or construction industry - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles - Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts - Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed We foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
