If you’re someone who brings structure to ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and enjoys leading teams to success—we want to hear from you. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end—ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders * Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategies * Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scope * Track milestones, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle * Communicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels * Lead, coach, and motivate team members to drive accountability and performance * Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships * Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and continuous improvements * Help build and refine project management best practices and tools ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field * 5+ years of project management experience, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong background in strategic planning, risk management, and change management * Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills * Proven leadership ability with a talent for building and motivating teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset * Ability to stay organized, focused, and effective under pressure and tight deadlines * Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with others ---------------------------------------- WHY GOODMANS?
