Job Requirements:1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

2. Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in the new energy, power, energy storage, or EPC industry. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in pre-sales, bidding, project management, or contract negotiation for large-scale energy storage projects.

3. Professional Skills: Understand the basic components and technical specifications of large-scale energy storage systems; familiar with basic requirements such as battery compartments, PCS, BMS, EMS, grid connection, RTE, and availability; able to understand customer technical specifications and key project risks.

4. Project Capabilities: Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-departmental coordination skills; able to simultaneously manage multiple large-scale projects; strong owner awareness and problem-solving abilities.

5. Language and Communication: Fluent in English; able to independently chair client and internal project meetings; excellent English reporting, meeting minutes, and project presentation skills.

• 6. Travel or Relocation: Willing to be based in Dubai/Saudi Arabia and accept business trips to the Middle East, Central Asia, and North Africa.
