JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects
• Establish project objectives policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications
• Coordinate with engineering staff to discuss such matters as work procedures, scope-and -scheduling and work sequence, project-specific safety plans, etc.
• Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties and other contacts to facilitate project activities
• Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget
• Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly
• Able to manage an ELV project independently
• Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on if necessary) of project/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation
• Ensure timely completion of all projects
• Monitor, review and manage operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects
• Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works
• Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters
• Must have relevant experience in one of the following ELV fields, Security, Access Control System

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• A self-starter, comfortable working independently and taking a high level of responsibility
• Resilience, entrepreneurship spirits, self-direction, risk-taking and adaptability
• Innovative thinking, thinking outside-the-box, resourceful problem solver
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
