The Operations Project Manager supports the Central Graduate Medical Education (GME) team by helping operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with HealthPartners’ mission to improve health and well-being. Responsibilities: Maintains the GME intranet and shared digital spaces, making sure information is easy to find, accurate, and accessible. Manages day-to-day operational activities such as trainee onboarding, program invoicing, contracts, and reimbursements Leads projects that improve how the central GME office functions. Ensures timelines are met, deliverables are clear, and communication flows effectively across the GME community. Other desirable experience: Information management Database Experience supporting invoicing, contracting, or finance-related administrative work. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Bachelor’s Degree required. Associate’s degree with higher level applicable experience could substitute.
