VOUS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in project management and basic knowledge of graphic chain processes.
  • Experience in working with prepress agencies and printers (e.g. Knowledge of terminology, processes, technical knowledge about basics of colors and printing) is highly valued
  • A structured planner with great eye for details and the ability to manage a high number of projects at the same time
  • Besides networking and communication skills you are strong in stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English. French or Dutch is highly valued.
  • Living and eligible to work in the Netherlands or Belgium (location: Rijswijk (NL) or Brussels (BE))
  • If, in addition, you are a good problem solver and you are skilled in prioritizing your work you might be the person we are looking for.
Responsibilities
  • You are the number one contact for all artwork related topics for all parties involved (e.g., Pre Media-Agency, Global Artwork team, Brand Managers, Project Managers and Approvers).
  • Oversee and manage all artwork projects for Benelux for your categories (other categories will be managed by your colleague or the global artwork team)
  • Coordinate the artwork creation and approval through all phases: From forecast to on time delivery of the files to printer.
  • Create, drive and track the planning for all artwork projects in scope and rework and reprioritize in case required.
  • Advise and assist in technical printing topics (e.g. during Pre-Production Meeting, print trials and color proofing).
  • Own and optimize the local artwork process; hereby following up on KPIs and improve the process where needed.
  • Overseeing the project pipeline, resource tracking and reporting to internal and global stakeholders.
  • Train all local users/stakeholders on the artwork process.
