Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager/Consultant (medium level) to assist at the design and implementation of EU-funded projects. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the project management procedures and understanding of EU funding programs. Key Responsibilities Assist at project planning and resource planning in line with EU program requirements. Assist at the full project lifecycle: budget, timeline, compliance, and reporting. Support the coordination with EU institutions, partners, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth execution. Participate and support multidisciplinary project teams. Assist in the monitoring of project performance and deliver impact-driven results and reports. Can effectively coordinate across diverse teams ad stakeholders. Able to travel 6-8 weeks a year, up to one weeks at a time. Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Engineering, EU studies or related field. Knowledge for designing and delivering IT and digital transformation solutions for European public and private sector clients. Proven experience managing EU-funded projects (e.g., Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, Interreg) of at least 3 years. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to learn of the EU funding rules, compliance, and reporting. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other EU languages is a plus.
