JOB DESCRIPTION

Group Three General Contracting is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 8–10 years of proven experience specifically in the UAE’s interior fit-out industry.
Important: Candidates with experience in general construction or contracting (non-fit-out) will not be considered, so please apply only if your background is purely in interior fit-out.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 8–10 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry (Mandatory)
• Experience working with reputed fit-out companies and delivering notable, high-quality projects
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Able to manage deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Immediate availability will be given preference

• Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to successful handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
• Prepare and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure timely procurement of materials
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
