Our is expanding its senior delivery team and invites applications from experienced Project Managers with a proven record in high-rise tower construction across the UAE. This is a hands-on delivery role. Reporting into the Project Director, the successful candidate will lead the day-to-day execution of a landmark tower project - from mobilisation through to Taking-Over - with full ownership of programme, cost, quality, and safety on their scheme. You will own the delivery of a single high-rise project on the ground, translating the contract and baseline programme into controlled, measurable progress. Where the Project Director sets strategy across the portfolio, you will drive the build itself, floor by floor, and hold the site to account.Key areas of responsibility include:

• Commercial - managing the project budget, cost control, and supporting variations, claims, and EOT substantiation with contemporaneous records.
• Technical - directing site engineering, method statements, and buildability across all disciplines of vertical construction.
• Programme - baseline planning, critical path control, and recovery programming where progress deviates from the plan.
• Quality - enforcing the QA/QC system to a right-first-time standard, in line with project specifications.
• HSE - championing a proactive, zero-harm safety culture across every work front.
