EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND HARD SKILLS:

  • Engineer degree or above in chemical, energy, oil & gas, or related fields.
  • Over 15 years of experience managing energy infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in project management systems and tools.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and balancing resource conflicts.
  • PM certification is a plus

PERSONALITY AND BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:

  • Leadership and the ability to coordinate multifunctional/multicultural teams.
  • Agility and hands on.
  • Process orientation to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Affinity with international environments and a willingness to travel abroad.
