Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, delivery, and closure.
• Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work effectively as a Scrum Master, facilitating collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, stakeholders, and business teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Manage large-size and complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery against agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and issues and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Remove impediments affecting the Scrum/Project team and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and senior management to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Track project KPIs, sprint velocity, project milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and prepare reports and dashboards for management.
• Manage scope changes, priorities, project dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure effective documentation of project requirements, processes, decisions, risks, and deliverables.
