Description

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day) Lead large, complex pharma programs involving manufacturing, supply chain, operational sites, and technology/application implementations.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, governance, RAID logs, risks/issues, and executive reporting.
Drive application/system deployment and site readiness across manufacturing or supply chain sites.
Work directly with site teams to drive actions, resolve roadblocks, manage competing priorities, and ensure implementation of readiness.
Identify and manage project/operational risks, develop mitigation plans, escalate appropriately, and drive issues to closure.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and site leadership.
Drive change management, including stakeholder alignment, communications, training, adoption, and resistance management.
Support new product launch/commercialization activities, including manufacturing and supply-chain readiness where applicable.
Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills Senior Project / Program Management within pharma/biopharma
Pharma supply chain or manufacturing operations
Application/system implementation or deployment at operational/manufacturing sites
Multi-site implementation/rollout experience strongly preferred
PMO governance and program execution
Risk and issue management
RAID logs / risk registers
Dependency and milestone management
Site readiness and operational deployment
Pharma/GxP regulated environment
QA or QC experience acceptable
Validation, change control, CAPA, and compliance exposure
Strong stakeholder and executive management
