Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant HR systems initiative within a large and complex organisation.

This role will be responsible for driving the delivery of a business-critical transformation project that will improve processes, user experience, data quality, and operational efficiency across the people and culture function. Working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, and technology teams, you will oversee the delivery of a key project. Your new role

You will be responsible for leading project delivery activities including planning, scheduling, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor engagement. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will ensure project objectives are met, dependencies are managed, and delivery remains aligned with organisational priorities.
