As Senior IT Project & Team Lead, you combine project leadership with people management. You are responsible for delivering strategic IT and digital transformation projects while leading and developing the European IT team.Working closely with business stakeholders and the Global IT organization, you ensure successful project execution, drive continuous improvement, and support the organization's digital ambitions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, planning, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead, coach, and develop the European IT team.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders, local IT teams, vendors, and Global IT.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Support the implementation of global IT standards, governance, and best practices.
• Manage external IT partners and suppliers.
• Contribute to the European IT roadmap and long-term technology strategy.

• What You BringBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, IT leadership, or a similar role.
• Experience leading teams and delivering complex IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business processes.
• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and change management skills.
• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and track project plans covering activities, milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams to achieve agreed project objectives.
• Track project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
• Conduct regular project meetings and ensure decisions and actions are documented and followed through.
• Prepare and distribute clear weekly project status reports to internal and customer stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues early, define mitigation actions, and escalate appropriately.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed within committed timelines.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, milestone plans, and project governance artefacts.
• Coordinate with technical leads and subject-matter experts to confirm ownership of deliverables and dependencies.
• Support financial tracking, including project effort, resource usage, budgets, and milestone completion.
• Manage scope changes through the agreed change-control process.
• Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with applicable delivery frameworks and governance requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication regarding progress, issues, dependencies, and required decisions.
• Support project closure, handover, lessons learned, documentation, and closure of outstanding actions.
