Together, we’ll build a future where innovation knows no limits. Job Overview: We seek a Project Manager for Banking clients to lead the end-to-end execution of GenAI and data-driven solutions. This role is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery, high-quality deliverables, effective resource coordination, and strong customer satisfaction across all project phases. You will work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to drive execution discipline, manage risks proactively, and ensure that all deliverables meet both technical and business expectations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivery Execution & Project Management Drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at expected quality standards. Establish and maintain clear execution plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across teams. Proactively identify risks, blockers, and delays; drive mitigation plans and ensure timely escalation when needed. Ensure all deliverables are well-defined, reviewed, and meet acceptance criteria before delivery. 2. Resource Planning & Optimization Plan and allocate resources effectively across projects based on priorities, capacity, and skill sets. Continuously monitor team utilization and adjust allocation to ensure efficient resource coordination and avoid bottlenecks. Work with leadership to balance workload across squads and ensure sustainable delivery pace. 3. Quality Assurance & Delivery Standards Ensure strong quality control across all deliverables, including documentation, models, systems, and integrations. Define and enforce delivery standards, processes, and best practices across projects. Collaborate with QA and technical teams to ensure proper validation, testing, and readiness before release. 4. Stakeholder & Customer Management Act as the main point of contact for clients during the delivery phase, ensuring clear and transparent communication Manage client expectations on scope, timeline, and deliverables. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable value. Handle feedback, issues, and escalations professionally and proactively 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Ensure clear communication of requirements, priorities, and changes across all stakeholders. Facilitate alignment between delivery teams and client expectations. 6. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track and report project progress, risks, resource utilization, and delivery health Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients Use data and metrics to continuously improve delivery performance and predict potential issues early. 7. Continuous Improvement Identify gaps in execution, processes, and coordination; propose and implement improvements. Leverage tools (including AI where applicable) to improve delivery efficiency, tracking, and decision-making. Contribute to building scalable delivery frameworks for AI and data projects. Key Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of working experience in Project Management (both internal and external projects). Experience in data or AI-related projects is a plus. Strong Delivery Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex projects with a focus on timeline, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. Resource Management: Experience in planning and optimizing team capacity across multiple projects. Technical Understanding: Preferably familiar with AI systems, data platforms, and software development lifecycle. Project Management: Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies. Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive execution under pressure.
