The position reports directly to the hospital manager and is aimed at junior managers, university graduates with initial professional experience, and project managers. They will oversee strategic projects from conception to implementation and actively contribute to the further development of the hospital.

What you can expect from us

• Project management: Independent planning, management and implementation of strategic and operational projects in the hospital environment
• Project management: Management and coordination of structural, organizational and digitization projects
• Grant management: Participation in grant projects, for example in hospital planning and the transformation fund
• Process optimization: Analysis and further development of processes and organizational structures, including economic and feasibility analyses.
• Decision-making templates: Creation of concepts, presentations and reports as a basis for decision-making for management and hospital leadership.
• Interface management: Coordination between medical, nursing, commercial and technical departments, as well as organization and moderation of project groups and workshops.
• Project controlling: Tracking of goals, milestones, budgets and measures, as well as support of change processes.
