Description

The Project Manager within the Export Team serves as a pivotal link between our sourcing brewery and the import market (internal client or JV Partner) or distributor.
The primary objective is to optimize the export process and oversee the demand planning process for export markets, ensuring seamless coordination between market demands and supply commitments from various sourcing breweries.
The Project Manager is instrumental in optimizing the entire export process, from demand planning to supply commitments, and fostering a customer-centric culture. By aligning market demands with sourcing capabilities, the Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring optimal capacity planning, high case fill rates, and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not a pre-requisite
  • Exposure to financial data analysis/ quantitative techniques
  • Experience in project management preferred
  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Competent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in statistical forecasting and understanding of financial and operational impacts of forecasting
