The HelloFresh Group is on the hunt for a sharp, proactive Project Manager to join our elite ANZ Special Ops team! This role is all about acting as an in house consultant: taking our most complex and strategically vital problems from initial scoping right through to delivery, ensuring the results are successfully embedded into our BAU operations. Lead, contribute to and project manage complex operational and strategic initiatives that meet the strategic objectives of the HelloFresh Group Originate and develop high-value projects that positively impact our teams, product, customers, suppliers, revenue, and costs Work directly with our Senior Management Team to spearhead innovation projects focused on scaling our operations and expanding our customer offering Collaborate with Product Managers and Operations Champions to assess initial feasibility of new products/projects, leading the full operational scoping and guiding the roadmap planning Continuously improve our operational processes across the business Liaise with global stakeholders to share and implement best practices, and benchmark market performance Act as the key communication hub for cross-department projects, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement You have... A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Procurement (or equivalent) 2+ years of project management experience, with a preference for experience in food technology or management consulting Strong up and downward management skills with crystal-clear communication Quantitative and analytical experience, including solid comfort with Excel You are...
