Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division is looking for a Project Manager, to join our high-tech engineering and manufacturing company that is committed to customer service excellence and continuous improvement. You will work with a talented team of Engineers and Designers to lead the detailed planning and execution of a variety of complex technology projects. Drawing on your high calibre project management skills and experience, you will provide leadership and support strategic initiatives to move our products and processes forward. The Location: Hexagon is a global company with locations around the world. This position can be based in either Aberdeen,UK or Calgary, AB and offers the opportunity for hybrid working.
Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, responsibilities include:

• Orchestrate and guide alignment between different stakeholders in multiple business groups
• Provide leadership on product development projects by directing the project schedule, scope, cost and quality to deliver exceptional products aligned with business needs
• Facilitate and oversee the approvals process for project changes

• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with stakeholders at all organizational levels by:

• • Leading project meetings
• Overseeing project tracking and communication tools
• Preparing regular project status reports and dashboard updates
• Coordinating the creation of release notes and user documentation updates
• Effectively collaborate with key groups and cross-functional development teams worldwide, to ensure project success using project planning and monitoring and control activities, in accordance with our development process
• Proactively monitor, control, communicate and respond to project issues and risks
• Foster a collaborative team environment within the project team
• Listen to and address team concerns before issues arise and manage conflict
• Actively contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives, both by identifying new opportunities, and leading or assisting with implementations
