Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth. Coordinate across project teams and with firm principals throughout the design and execution phases to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Design & Documentation Oversight: Provide strategic input and design direction throughout all phases of the project. Review and approve drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals. Ensure all design work complies with applicable codes, healthcare guidelines (including FGI), and client standards. Construction Administration: Provide oversight during construction phases, including reviewing submittals, responding to RFIs, conducting site visits, and addressing field conditions. Monitor construction progress and collaborate with contractors to resolve issues and ensure design intent is maintained. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance: Maintain working knowledge of relevant healthcare codes and standards (e.g., FGI, ADA, IBC, NFPA). Conduct regular quality control reviews and implement corrective actions as needed to uphold design integrity and performance. Travel Requirements: This role requires approximately 10-20% travel for project-related needs, including site visits, client meetings, and occasional industry events.
