QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Massachusetts CSL license preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in managing high end residential construction.
  • Strong technical skills
    Pay Range: $95,000-110,000

Responsibilities
  • Report to site daily overseeing all construction activities.
  • Use construction reporting software to record progress of the projects.
  • Maintaining schedules, finances, change orders and daily field reports.
  • Oversee multiple projects at time, managing each.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors for the duration of the project.
  • Ensure a safe working environment to avoid accidents on site.
  • Work directly with homeowners and clients.
  • Manage/oversee multiple high end home projects
